🤰🏻 Support your changing body to stay mobile and flexible, easing common pregnancy ailments of tight shoulders, sore back and pelvic pain.
🤰🏻creates a dedicated time to connect with your baby and your birthing body to emotionally prepare for birth.
🤰🏻Encourages you to practice postures that ease and facilitate the physiology of birth, supporting you to intuitively connect with the natural movement of your birthing body as you move towards birthing your baby.
🤰🏻Promotes your awareness of the pelvic floor function to support both the release of the muscles during birth and supporting your postpartum recovery.
🤰🏻Introduces a range of breathing techniques to use during birth along with relaxations to support you to feel calm and in control

Your classes are gently guided by Nicola, Mum to 5, Doula, antenatal educator, Pre Postnatal Yoga Instructor and Women’s holistic well-being practitioner.
